A summer afternoon

 I clipped some roses and brought them in. They are so pretty. This past winter we lost about half of our rose bushes, so I am treasuring the remaining ones.

I walked down to the creek and caught a glimpse of a duck, got my camera ready and was able to get a shot of it taking off.
I love summer afternoons.
